Kelli Ponder kelli@makproperties.com 916.709.4403 Kelli Ponder is a Principal and CEO of MAK Properties, Inc. She has over two decades of experience in management and development of all types of commercial real estate, including office, industrial, retail and medical office facilities. She began her career managing Class A office buildings in Las Vegas, NV. In 2000, Kelli moved to Sacramento and began working for Panattoni Development Company as a Senior Manager, overseeing over five million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties in California, Nevada, Colorado, and Arizona. Kelli joined WHAL Properties, L.P. in 2014 and served as Vice President, overseeing and managing the company's office properties in the Sacramento area. Over the course of Kelli’s career, she has overseen tenant relations, vendor contract administration, lease administration, capital and tenant improvements, budgeting, common area maintenance reconciliations, and financial reporting. She has been responsible for all aspects of property and asset management. She takes pride in regularly exceeding the expectations of clients. Kelli holds a California Broker's license and is an active participant in the Building Owners & Managers Association of Sacramento and the Central Valley. Kelli lives in Sacramento with her husband and two children. |
Mary Dixon mary@makproperties.com 916.943.6150 Mary Dixon is a Principal and CFO of MAK Properties Inc. With over 20 years of industry experience, she has worked with both institutional and private owners on commercial real estate of all types. Mary worked for Hines as a Project/Asset Manager in Los Angeles and San Francisco and for Microsoft in Redmond as a Facilities Manager. During her tenure at Hines, Mary was responsible for the oversight of over $50 million in major renovation projects, tenant improvements and asbestos abatement. In addition she was involved in asset and property management, budget management, CAM reconciliations, and leasing. At Microsoft, Mary oversaw the facilities management of over 8 million square feet of owned and leased properties. The primary focus of her team was to ensure building and service operations met the stringent requirements of the Microsoft development teams, while maximizing cost efficiency and improving operational metrics. Mary has excellent strategic vision and attention and to detail and she enjoys finding ways to improve situations for her clients. Mary has a BS in Business Administration from UC Berkeley and obtained her MBA in Finance/Real Estate from the Anderson School at UCLA. She is a licensed California salesperson. Mary lives in Sacramento where she enjoys spending time with her family, playing golf, reading and traveling. |
